The brand new Øygarden bibliotek has chosen easyOPAC as their future homepage solution. easyOPAC is based on the Danish solution with the similar name. easyOPAC also intergrates Bibliofil’s OPAC (designed by Inlead). We’re looking forward to the collaboration with Øygarden bibliotek. Øygarden is a municipality that will be established from january 2020. The municipality is a merger of the current Sund, Fjell and Øygarden municipalities.
Porsgrunn library has acquired the program Video Host. Video Host allows the Library users to watch a video (for example an interview with an author) in the top screen whilst discovering the various books of the authorship in Digital Shelves in the bottom of the screen. Here, you can also read about the book, reserve it and read reviews of it – furthermore you can see the set-up in the library on a digital map, if acquired.

Lier Library in Norway has entered into an agreement with Inlead about the Digital Shelves. In addition, they have also purchased screens that are to be installed vertically on the sides of the library’s bookshelves.

Right before Christmas, Vesthimmerlands Libraries entered into an agreement with Inlead about the easyScreen information screens and Digital Shelves. In addition to this, Vesterhimmerland’s Biblioteker have also acquired Inlead’s RFID Scan, which enables library users to obtain all relevant information about any material simply by placing it on the scanner. Be it bibliographical information, reviews, videos and trailers; users get access to whatever the library has made available. All of the solutions are implemented in Vesthimmerland’s already existing equipment.
